FAQ

The party
What's included in my ticket?
Entry to the party: around two and a half hours of 00s bangers with our host Kage, dance-offs, crowd karaoke, power-ballad singalongs and bottomless bubbles.
Some dates have more than one ticket type (for example food included, or a VIP booth). Exactly what each ticket includes is listed next to it when you book.
How does the bottomless work?
Bottomless drinks are served during the brunch session itself, usually around 90 minutes, so pace yourself and make the most of it. Your event page shows the start and finish times for your date.
We serve responsibly, and staff can refuse service to anyone who's had enough.
What time does it start and finish?
Most of our brunches run from 2pm to 4:30pm, but times vary by date and venue. The exact start time is on the event page and your ticket. Some tickets have their own entry time, which will be shown on the ticket.
Is there an age limit?
Yes. All Naughty Noughties events are strictly 18+. Bring valid photo ID (passport, driving licence or Age Card), as the venue may ask for it at the door.
Is there a dress code?
00s, obviously! Think velour tracksuits, butterfly clips, frosted lip gloss, low-rise everything and your best boyband merch. Dressing up isn't compulsory, but it's half the fun, and the best outfits get noticed.
Is there food, and can you cater for dietary needs?
If your ticket includes food, you'll choose your dish from the event's menu after booking. Use the link in your booking confirmation email, and you can change it up to 48 hours before the event.
For allergies or dietary needs not covered by the menu, email enquiries@naughtynoughties.co.uk before the day and we'll check with the venue.
Booking & tickets
Where are my tickets?
Your tickets are in your booking confirmation email and in your account. Sign in with the email you booked with to see them any time. Show the QR code at the door.
Sign in to your accountCan I give my ticket to someone else?
Yes. If you can't make it, sign in to your account, open the ticket and choose Send ticket. It moves to your mate's email and their name goes on the guest list. Once it's sent, the ticket is theirs.
Sign in to your accountCan I get a refund?
Tickets are non-refundable, but you can send your ticket to a friend instead (see above). If we cancel or move an event, we'll contact you about a refund or a transfer to another date.
Groups, hens & private bookings
We're coming as a group. Can we sit together?
Of course. Book together if you can. If you're booking separately, whoever booked first can share their group link from the booking page, so everyone joins the same group and we seat you together. Group changes can be made up to 48 hours before the event.
Do you do hen parties?
We love a hen! Ask us about our hen package, and tell us the date, town and how many of you there are. Email enquiries@naughtynoughties.co.uk or use our contact page and we'll sort the rest.
